Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara has resigned pursuing an interior probe into his conduct, the politician announced Tuesday evening.
In a property conference, Mayor Jacob Frey said Assistant Police Chief Katie Blackwell is the acting constabulary main effectual immediately.
