Lululemon has filed a suit against Costco alleging the wholesaler is selling “unlawfully traded” versions of its signature athleisure apparel.

According to a suit filed connected Friday, Lululemon alleges that the wholesaler is “employing knockoff versions” of its pants, hoodies and jackets.

Lululemon sells its Scuba hoodie for $118, according to its website. The suit said Costco sells a akin mentation for astir $8.

In the filing, Lululemon said Costco is starring customers to judge the Kirkland Signature marque products are made by the aforesaid manufacturers.

According to the apparel company, six products, which see 5 hoodies’ and jackets from Danskin and Jockey and a Kirkland Signature brace of leggings.
