'Extremely dirty' 2-year-old girl was roaming around busy street alone in a 'heavily soiled diaper' when neighbors spotted her: Police

A 2-year-old miss was recovered roaming her Texas vicinity alone and wearing thing but a soiled diaper, and present her parents look felony charges.

Alexandrea Prewett, 33, and Benito Lopez, 35, were arrested connected Sunday by Bexar County Sheriff's deputies aft neighbors called to study that the couple's toddler was "running adjacent a engaged thoroughfare earlier entering a adjacent residence."
