Brush fire continues to disrupt traffic to and from the Florida Keys and Florida City

FLORIDA CITY, Fla. – A brushwood occurrence continued to disrupt the postulation to and from Florida City and the Florida Keys connected Friday night.

The occurrence has prompted intermittent closures of Card Sound Road and Overseas Highway’s 18-mile stretch.

The Florida Forest Service reported that 50% of the occurrence had been contained and asked drivers to expect dense delays adjacent without roadworthy closures.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue unit besides responded to the fire.
