At least 3 dead after boat capsizes off Southern California coast

DEL MAR, Calif. – The U.S. Coast Guard confirmed 3 radical are dormant and 9 are missing aft a vessel capsized disconnected the seashore of Southern California connected Monday. 

Authorities from aggregate agencies responded to Torrey Pines State Beach adjacent Del Mar astir 7 a.m. Monday, according to Del Mar Assistant City Manager Clem Brown, aft a vessel believed to beryllium carrying 18 radical capsized portion approaching shore.

Officials said 3 radical were killed, and 4 others were hospitalized. The Coast Guard said it is searching for 9 others.
